Q: How do i know it’s safe to bring my valuables?

Q: What else do i need to bring when selling gold and jewelry?
A: State law requires that we get a copy of your identification such as a license or work ID. This is strictly for our records and will never be shared.

A: The value of gold is determined daily and is known by the name of “gold PM Fix”, it is this FIX that is used worldwide when buying and selling gold in the marketplace.
Q: How is gold content weighed?
A: The market price of gold is measured in troy ounces. When we buy your gold we do it based on a unit of measurement called pennyweight (dwt). There are twenty pennyweights in one troy ounce.
Q: How is gold purity determined?
A: We will take the time necessary to inspect each item for such marking as 10kt, 14kt and 18kt gold and perform a scratch test as necessary or we may recommend to have your precious metals melted and assayed for the highest possible payout. The higher the gold content the higher the value!
Q: Fine Jewelry is appraised in house!?
A: Appraising is done in-house by experienced staff qualified to establish fair market value. We breakdown the purity, weight and payout for each item so you know what you are selling and how much it’s worth. An accurate appraisal helps you by getting you the best value for your items.
